Today I’m loving…this Le Creuset kettle

When we moved to our new seaside home we inherited the kitchen’s gas-hob cooker.

I’d never had a gas hob before, but nine months on I’m something of a convert. And now I’m positively lusting after kettles that go on hobs.

This one is particularly lovely.

What is more, it whistles when the water has boiled. Actually whistles. The thought of this whistling away on my stove in the mornings fills me with joy. It just seems so cheerful.

I think I might have to go shopping…
